“ If you want to enjoy American Burgers or Wings and watch footballbasketball at the same time this is great place We got seated fast and food got delivered within time. The burger was delicious and the fries had a tasteful crunch. In addition I ordered a Four Peaks Beer, but got delivered a Corona. The server noticed that immediately and also delivered the ordered Four Peaks. She apologized many times and then also deleted the Corona from my orders even though I drank it. This is great service! I can totally recommend this place! ”

“ We are only giving a perfect score for this establishment because of our server Devin. We arrived yesterday around 450pm. We wanted a nice meal before heading to our first Arizona, Sun Devils College football game We live in Canada when we got there we were seated at booth 84. Thats where we were left lol. No one came to ask us for our drink order. We had no service from anyone. Everyone else was being served just not us. I got up at about the 20 min mark to ask where I server was. The hostess said she would look for him. But still by 25 mins we still had no service. By this time everyone around us had food but we didnt even have drinks. My husband got up and went to the hostess politely asking where the manager was. During this time Devin came over and asked if he could help. We told him what was happening and he apologized and said he would take care if us once he clocked in for his shift. After that we were well taken care of. Devin made sure we got everything we needed. He was very polite and super funny. He turned a bad experience in to a great experience. Devin is an employee you definitely want to hold on to. He is the reason why we would come back to this location. Thanks for the exceptional service Devin we appreciate it so much ”

“ Server made a little mistake and had to rerun our bill, but unfortunately this caused our reward points to disappear. This was the 2nd time this has happened to me in the last couple years. Both times contacting corporate they treated me like I was trying to scam them out of reward points or something even though they can see that we eat at BWW locations all the time. Corporate told me I would have to go back to the locations where mistakes were made, talk to the manager, and have them make the adjustments. Yea, thanks, just what I want to do after a server makes a mistakes, run a bunch of errands. Anyways, we finally went back to this location and they did everything possible to make up for it. Its more work for them to contact corporate over some reward points, so they just comped some of our meal. They put in plenty of effort to rectify any problems we had. ”
